Important update on Munster U14 Competition

As Tipperary have qualified for the Munster U14 A Championship Final and they are still a designated B county at U14 level, the following decision was taken at the Munster Council meeting on April 27th:
The Munster U14 A Final between Kerry and Tipperary and the Munster Under 14 C Final between Clare and Waterford will both be played on Saturday, May 28th as part of a double header as per the Master Fixture Plan. Times and venue will be decided by Munster Council. The Munster B Final will be played on Wednesday, June 1st at a time and venue to be decided by Munster Council.
(i) Should Tipperary win the Munster A Final then the Munster B Final will be played between Limerick and the winners of the Munster C Final.
(ii) Should Tipperary lose the Munster A Final then the Munster B Final will be played between Limerick and Tipperary.
As the All Ireland U14 Semi Finals are due to be played on the weekend of June 11th/12th and to try and give the counties who will be going on to represent the province the best opportunity to prepare for these All Ireland Semi Finals, extra time will be played in the Munster A, B and C Finals should it be necessary.
