Kerry were defeated  by a very fast Galway team that took their scoring chances early and punished Kerry at every opportunity. Early goals by the home team made the difference as Kerry struggled to break down a lively defence. Galway were ahead 2-10 to Kerrys 0-5 at half time. Kerry made a number of changes in the second half as they tried hard to get into the game. The big worry at the moment  for Kerry is they lost Lorraine Scanlon through injury. Kerry now travel to Mayo on Sunday 29th March.
