The LGFA are conducting a survey with all our many volunteers across all units of the Association.
Volunteers are the backbone of our Association and it is vital that as an organisation we firstly know the demographics of our volunteers but more importantly we know why you volunteer with the LGFA and how we can enhance your volunteering experience.
From the results of this survey we will develop a Volunteer Policy which will shape the recruitment, recognition and retention programmes for our volunteers as well the development of the appropriate training and support tools.
The greater the reach of the survey and the more responses received will assist with ensuring a more accurate reflection of the needs of our volunteers.
